“I have drawn and painted my whole life. I finally settled on oil painting a few years ago. Mostly I am self-taught, having taken a couple workshops over the years.

My work has been shown at the Munson Williams Museum in Utica, The Limner Gallery on 6th Ave in NYC and The Cooperstown National Art Show. My work has won awards at the Rome Art and Community Center and was judged in the Masters Division at the Old Forge Art Center. My style continues to develop and relies heavily on color and texture to convey the essence of the subject. I enjoy painting ”en plein air” (on location) to capture that essense.
